First, I'd like to offer a public apology for all the late shipments we had at the end of December and beginning of January. We understand how frustrating it can be when you're working on a deadline and how just waiting for parts to come in can be totally annoying. I know words can only do so much but we work so hard to keep our customers happy and it upsets us when we cannot fulfill our role.
One customer even left us a 1 star review because of the delay, which we take very seriously.
The truth is our factory has been going through some changes and demand is increasing. In response, we've been working on maneuvering people to compensate for the increase in demand so there are no further delivery delays.
Unfortunately we were hit with a big storm here in the Northeast which didn't help the situation. Even when we had the parts ready, there was no carrier to pick them up and get them where they needed to go. We had packages sitting in snowed in drop boxes that couldn't be picked up. It was so frustrating for us.
While we can't control the weather, we do our best to make sure every shipment is sent out once it is received.
We want to thank all the customers who had late deliveries and didn't rip our heads off. Our heads thank you as well. There was a great deal of pressure on us and we appreciate the patience and understanding of our awesome customers. Also, anyone who has been working with us knows that we are mostly on-time and even early sometimes.
All I can say in closing is that I'm sorry to those customers who were inconvenienced by us and that moving forward we will continue to do our best to bring the best customer service in the cuvette industry.
