Can I get matched cuvettes?
Yes we offer customers the option to match cells. This is done at no additional costs and we can match as many cells as requested.
Do you offer discounts?
At the moment, we only offer bulk discounts of 10% for 10 or more cuvettes.

Can a cuvette be repaired?

What happens if I break a cuvette?
If a cuvette breaks due to manufacturers error than we will replace the cuvette free of charge, with no costs passed on to our customers.
Any damage to a cuvette that is not caused by a manufacturers error are not eligible for a free replacement. This would include cuvettes that are mishandled, dropped, scratched, etc.
Does FireflySci have ISO 9001 accreditation?
Yes our factory is ISO 9001:2008 accredited.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order quantities on Fireflysci.com.

NIST Spectrophotometer Calibration Standards
What does FireflySci’s Lifetime Warranty cover?
Our lifetime warranty covers our solid-state filters and this guarantees that when properly handled, the calibration standard will never fall out of calibration. If it does, we will replace the filter at no charge to the customer for life.
This warranty does not cover liquid calibration standards sold by Fireflysci Inc. Liquid spectrophotometer calibration standards must be re-calibrated every 1 or 2 years according to NIST guidelines. Please check www.nist.gov for more information.
Does FireflySci offer re-calibration services?
Yes we offer re-calibration services for all spectrophotometer calibration standards. We can re-calibration solid-state filters as well as liquid calibration standards. We also calibrate standards made by other vendors. Please e-mail us your original Certificate of Calibration and we will send you a quote within 1 - 2 business days.
Our standard lead time for re-calibrations is about 4 weeks or we have an expedited option with a lead time of 2 weeks.
Is FireflySci ISO 17025 accredited?
Yes Fireflysci Inc. is fully ISO 17025 certified.

How fast does my order ship?
All orders that are received are shipped on the same day unless the item(s) is not in stock. If an item is not in stock and e-mail notification will we sent advising of the delivery date.
What methods of shipping are available?
We have a few different options for shipping. Our standard shipping is UPS Ground but we are setup for UPS 1-Day, 2-Day, & UPS 3-Day shipping.
Shipping via FedEx is available for customers who have FedEx account numbers.
Can I use my collect account for shipping?
It drives us crazy when you log on a website and you choose collect shipping and then they hit you will a fee! Yes you can use your collect account number for shipping at no additional charge.
Are there any fees for drop shipping?
There are absolutely no drop shipping fees
Does FireflySci Offer International Shipping?
Yes we have fast/affordable international shipping rates.
Does FireflySci accept returns?
Our number one goal is to make it as easy as possible for our customers to select and purchase cuvettes. We understand that sometimes mistakes happen, we're all human after all. When these instances come us, you can rest assured that we will accept back returns for the following:
- Items ordered in error
- Items that did not satisfy our customers needs
- Unopened items that customers changed their mind about
- Any manufacturers defect
Please note that we cannot accept used cuvettes back into inventory. Items must be unused to be approved for returns, refunds or swaps.
We do not do any of the following:
- Pointless restocking fees
- Make you pay for shipping on our mistakes
We offer full refunds for the following:
- Items ordered in error
- Damaged items
- Manufacturers defect
The time limit on this is 30 days after receipt of merchandise.
